Responsibilities
Define and execute the strategy to improve customer repeat rate:

Expand into new target markets, with a focus on domestic and regional travelers

Design and implement loyalty-driven mechanics to foster repeat behavior
Lead the Revenue Management track:

Scale our dynamic pricing tool and evolve pricing optimization
-
Identify, validate, and launch new revenue streams and optimize existing ones
Set clear objectives, build and prioritize roadmaps, and drive product initiatives from concept to launch
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Data, Design, Marketing, Supply) to deliver impactful solutions
Define and drive KPIs across retention, revenue, and customer engagement; apply insights to continuously refine strategy
Champion experimentation and A/B testing as a driver of growth and decision-making
Requirements
Advanced level of English
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager
Strong background in customer retention, monetization, or revenue management
Ability to define and deliver strategic roadmaps with measurable business impact
Solid analytical skills; confident working with SQL or similar tools to deep dive into data
Self-organized, with strong prioritization and time management
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
Experience in OTA / e-commerce platforms
Knowledge of loyalty programs, subscription models, or gamification mechanics
Familiarity with pricing optimization and revenue management tools
Exposure to Machine Learning applications in pricing or personalization
