The Role - Full Stack Product Engineer

We’re hiring a Full Stack Product Engineer to build the core GenTube experience.

We want someone who is both a strong engineer and rigorous about truth: you form clear hypotheses, ship fast tests, measure lift, and make the call.

What You Will Do

Own work end-to-end: idea → shipped product → measured outcome.

Build features across frontend, backend, and data.

Ship fast, reliable creation and engagement flows at scale.

Turn product questions into clear hypotheses with success metrics.

Instrument events, define funnels and cohorts, and measure lift

(activation, retention, creates, time spent).

Design APIs, data models, and systems that support high-volume creation.

Improve core loops: create → react → remix → return.

Kill what doesn’t work. Double down on what does.
