Business Telephone Account Manager

Your role, your journey \| Te Huarahi Whakatipu

Reporting into the Manager - Business Telephone Account Manager, you'll be the go-to person for a dynamic portfolio of SME customers, helping them stay connected and grow through our mobile and fixed solutions. From upselling new products to managing service requests, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience, driving results and building long-term relationships.

How you'll show up \| Tu mai Tu Rangatira

Excellent track record in selling technical solutions - even better if these are mobile and fixed focussed

First-class customer service ethic and relationship-building skills

Experience in B2B selling, with a preference in telecommunications or technology

Target-driven, disciplined self-starter and team player
