The Role
We’re looking for a Front-End Developer to take ownership of our website and front-end user experience. You’ll be responsible for managing and improving the 3Dental website, enhancing performance and usability, and supporting new digital initiatives as the business evolves. Does not need lots of coding experience, we are more interested in your ability to solve problems, keen eye for design, and ability to get stuff done and work hard.
This role suits someone who enjoys owning a product, not just building features — someone who cares about clean UI, performance, and user experience, and wants to make a visible impact.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the 3Dental website
Improve website performance, UX, and conversion, seo
Build and iterate on new pages, features, and tools
Work closely with commercial, marketing, and operations teams
Implement design updates in line with brand guidelines
Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented front-end code
Support integrations with back-end systems,
Required Skills \& Experience
Strong experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g. React, Vue, or similar)
Solid understanding of responsive design and UX best practices
Experience managing and deploying production websites
Familiarity with version control (Git)
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Desirable (Nice to Have)
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, headless CMS)
SEO and performance optimisation experience
Experience working with APIs
Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or B2B environments
Design sensibility or experience working closely with designers
