Role Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic

Product Manager – FnO

who can blend market understanding, user empathy, and technical acumen to shape the next generation of our trading experience. You’ll drive innovation in the FnO segment — from idea to execution — ensuring every feature delivers value to traders and enhances platform performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end FnO product lifecycle — from ideation, requirement gathering, and documentation to launch and iteration.

Collaborate with business, tech, and design teams to define the product roadmap aligned with strategic trading objectives.

Partner with engineering teams to drive API integrations, conduct testing, and ensure flawless front-end implementation.

Identify product gaps and propose new APIs or platform improvements to enhance speed, usability, and trading experience.

Engage with active traders and clients to collect feedback, uncover opportunities, and convert insights into actionable features.

Collaborate with marketing and business teams to drive adoption, awareness, and engagement for new FnO features.

Coordinate with QA, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth, timely product releases.

Monitor product performance through data analytics, A/B testing, and user behavior, continuously optimizing based on insights.

What You’ll Bring:

3–6 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, broking, or trading platforms.

Strong understanding of FnO trading, derivatives, and capital markets.

Proven ability to translate complex trading requirements into user-centric digital products.

Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and UI/UX principles.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
