What You’ll Be Doing

Own the product vision and roadmap

for a merchant coalition platform focused on delivering measurable value to customers and partners.

Collaborate cross-functionally

with engineering, design, marketing, and commercial teams to shape and deliver scalable product features.

Engage directly with merchant partners

, understanding their business goals and integrating them into the product strategy.

Drive customer experience

, ensuring the platform is intuitive, rewarding, and easy to use across multiple merchant touchpoints.

Use data and analytics

to optimise performance, identify opportunities, and report on key metrics such as engagement, redemption, and partner ROI.

Stay ahead of market trends

, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to continuously evolve the product.

What You’ll Bring

3–5 years’ experience as a

Product Owner or Product Manager

, ideally within

fintech, payments, or customer engagement platforms

.

Proven ability to work with

external partners

(e.g. merchants, retailers) and build value-driven relationships.

Strong understanding of

Agile methodologies

and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

A strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with short-term delivery.
