Job Description

1.

Scam End-to-end monitoring and manual processing of scam appeal case

- comprehensive case review, customer support (including police report review, addressing scam-related amounts, and advising frontliners), operational execution and monitoring

(such as reAging, waivers, account management across multiple teams, managing declined cases, 0% IL conversions, and meticulous multi-day monitoring due to batch processing).

2.

Unsecured Loans customer issues

Management and resolution of BTIL-related tasks, including loan processing, adjustments, repayment scheduling, fee waivers, dispute handling, exception management for applications, financial appeals, and cancellations, all while considering payment hierarchy.

3.

Unsecured Loans Product Management

Participate in the testing and implementation of system-related initiatives and enhancements; Initiate process and

customer journey improvements for Unsecured Loan products

;

Work closely with the tech team to identify system-related issues and explore solutions;

Propose and execute campaigns for unsecured loans products and services;

Draft marketing content, terms \& conditions and messaging related to Unsecured Loan products
