Role Summary • Lead the Industrial Valves product line requirement • Define sector opportunities, product range, and customer value propositions • Ability to secure technical specification with customer level and propose product development to meet market demands • Drive the business development, profitability, and growth across defined regions
Role and Responsibilities
Define target markets and customer segments within industrial systems (including Pet Chem, data centres, oil \& gas, utilities)
Develop and manage the industrial valve product portfolio
Specify and support new product development aligned with market requirements
Create and execute business and product plans to achieve revenue and margin goals
Report on sales performance versus plan; identify corrective actions
Collaborate with R\&D, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing to ensure delivery of strategy
Support specification selling through consultants, contractors, and channel partners
Provide competitor and market intelligence to guide decision-making
Profile / Background
Proven experience in industrial systems or mechanical systems
Background in industrial valves (control, isolation, balancing, safety valves, etc.)
Exposure to data centre or process industry applications
Technical Product line or Mechanical experience within an industrial or MEP context
Track record of product and market development in the industrial sector
Experience engaging with supply chain, mechanical design consultants, contractors, wholesalers
Education \& Attributes
Education
Degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical System Design
Additional qualifications in Business Management, or Industrial Marketing desirable
Personal Attributes
Strong technical and commercial acumen, Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
Confident communicator and influencer across multiple levels
Analytical, data-driven, and results-focused
