Job Title: Full stack Developer (React)
Location: Scarborough, ON (3x onsite a week)

Pay Rate: CAD$40 - $50/HR INC
Job Description
Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications.
Lead architectural discussions, code reviews and best practice implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Designers, BSA, Back-end team and QA.
Optimize application for maximum performance and scalability.
Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs (FIGMA) and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
Work with databases, BFF layers and APIs to build secure and efficient front-end systems.
Technical Skills Required
Front-end: React, React Native, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SASS, Tailwind, Bootstrap, Semantic UI.
Back-end: Node.js, Express.js, PHP.
Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL.
Other Skills: Strong debugging, performance optimization and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to have: Banking experience.
Qualifications
10+ years of hands-on software development experience.
Proven track record of building and deploying full-stack applications at scale.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle, Agile methodologies and best coding practice.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
