ABB is looking for a
Marketing \& Communication Manager LATAM
to lead regional marketing and communication initiatives for
Low Voltage Electric Motors
within the
Motion
business area.
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies that strengthen ABB’s brand awareness, competitive positioning, and demand generation across Latin America. You will translate global strategies into impactful regional actions, navigating a highly competitive industrial landscape.
Your Responsibilities
Define and execute the LATAM marketing and communication strategy for Low Voltage Electric Motors, aligned with global Motion and ABB brand guidelines.
Adapt, translate, and localize global marketing materials, ensuring relevance to regional markets, customers, and applications.
Develop and execute regional campaigns to increase brand awareness and product understanding, especially in competitive environments.
Drive lead generation initiatives, leveraging Salesforce and integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with sales teams.
Manage and optimize digital marketing activities, including online campaigns, social media, and digital content.
Plan and execute promotional actions such as events, fairs, trade media, radio advertising, banners, and other communication channels.
Work closely with internal stakeholders across sales, product management, and global marketing to influence priorities and ensure alignment.
Manage external agencies and suppliers, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Monitor KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and budget performance, continuously improving marketing impact across the region.
Your Background
Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.
Proven experience in Marketing and Communication management, preferably in industrial B2B environments.
Solid experience with lead generation processes and CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
Strong background in regional or multi-country marketing strategies.
Advanced English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills.
Ability to influence and engage internal stakeholders across different countries and functions.
Nice to Have
Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools.
Previous exposure to industrial products, automation, motion, or electrical equipment markets.
