Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of our product offerings. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for wealth-building products, including Mutual Funds and other investment offerings, ensuring alignment with market trends, client needs and regulatory requirements.

Market Research
: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing offerings. Stay updated on industry developments and competitor products.

Product Development:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including compliance, marketing, sales, and external vendors to design, launch and manage products, while owning the complete product lifecycle from ideation and development through launch, ongoing management, optimization, and vendor coordination.

Stakeholder Engagement
: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Present product updates and strategic plans to senior management.

Product Success
: Analyze product performance metrics and client feedback to make informed recommendations for improvements and optimizations.

Compliance
: Ensure that all products comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks.

Education \& Training
: Develop training materials and conduct workshops to educate sales teams and clients about product features and benefits.
Qualifications
:
- Graduate / Postgraduate; MBA preferred.
- Experience in managing wealth products within the financial services domain.
