RESPONSIBILITIES:* Evolve the team's test approach, championing quality as a shared responsibility

Facilitate quality-focused team practices while working closely with development teams to validate features and deliver them to prodction

Contribute to technical discussions and decisions that impact product quality and testability

Design, implement, and maintain manual and automated test suites that provide fast, reliable feedback

Conduct exploratory testing to uncover unexpected risks and edge cases

QUALIFICATIONS:* 1+ year of experience in software testing or quality assurance roles

Proven understanding of SDLC principles and methodologies, including agile

Demonstrated ability to apply different testing techniques, tools, and approaches based on context

Strong understanding of REST principles and hands-on experience testing APIs with various tools

Experience testing complex distributed systems and identifying critical edge cases

Strong expertise in exploratory testing methodologies

Working knowledge of test automation frameworks and practices

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:* Experience establishing and managing effective whole-team test approaches

Experience with troubleshooting and testing in production environments

Knowledge of reliability engineering principles

Background in quality engineering practices

Knowledge of application security, authentication, authorization, penetration testing, and compliance

Familiarity with performance testing tools and concepts

Experience with continuous delivery pipelines

Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)

Understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
