Our medical device includes a mobile App (React Native) and web (React + TypeScript + Vite), currently running on an AWS back-end managed by a subcontractor. We are now seeking to build and migrate to our own infrastructure. In this internship as
AWS Back-End Developer
you will own this project and ideally have it developed and implemented at the end of it.
You will work in a dynamic environment, supported by a cross-functional team to ensure the seamless integration of technology and health care, ultimately making a significant impact on patient outcomes. This is an

How You´ll Make a Difference
Lead and execute a project to migrate from the subcontractor's system to the new in-house infrastructure
Design and implement an AWS back-end system for our medical web and mobile applications
Ensure compliance with EN IEC 62304 through the development process, including security measures to safeguard sensitive medical data
Develop and maintain APIs to support mobile applications and interfaces
Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to technical documentation
Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and standards
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a Back-End Developer, preferably in medical devices or health care
Strong proficiency in back-end development with AWS (healthcare AWS preferred)
Ideally, experience in medical software development and working under EN IEC 62304
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
