The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced, results-driven Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and execution for our core Revenue Operations \& Intelligence domain.
This is a high-impact, senior-level role that covers the entire financial and relationship lifecycle of our customers. You will drive the long-term vision and roadmap for complex, backend-heavy systems, ensuring operational excellence and strategic growth.
Candidates should be hands-on (Senior) Product Managers with a strong business sense, who are AI-informed and ready to leverage intelligence as a tool to automate, optimize, and ensure operational excellence.
What You Will Own \& Drive (Key Responsibilities)
Strategic Vision \& Roadmap: Define, own, and champion the multi-year product vision and strategic roadmap for the Revenue Operations \& Intelligence domain, ensuring alignment with company growth and compliance objectives.
End-to-End Revenue Cycle Management: Own the full Order-to-Cash process, including all aspects of transaction and order management, robust billing logic, compliance processing, and invoice generation.
Financial \& Accounting Connectivity: Drive the strategy for internal financial reporting and build seamless, reliable connections to various third-party accounting systems used by our customer base.
Customer Lifecycle Optimization: Own the product features related to CRM, customer data structuring, and segmentation to build systems that actively drive Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and mitigate churn.
Operational Excellence \& Team Leadership: Lead your cross-functional development team (Engineering, Design, Data) by providing hands-on execution and driving operational rigor, especially through close partnership with Finance and Customer Success.
Intelligent Automation: Identify and prioritize opportunities to implement advanced automation and intelligent systems to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within the financial workflow.
What You'll Bring (Required Experience \& Skills)
5+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS or FinTech environment, with a significant focus on complex transactional, financial, or FinOps systems.
Revenue Operations Expertise: Strong, practical experience with Order Management and the revenue cycle mechanics, including robust billing processes and financial compliance complexity.
Business Intelligence Focus: Proven experience building or managing features related to CRM, customer data segmentation, LTV improvement, and churn reduction.
Leadership \& Hands-On Rigor: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a product development team while maintaining a hands-on approach to discovery, requirements definition, and backlog execution.
Automation Mindset: Familiarity with advanced system design and automation techniques to solve business problems and increase operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional track record of successfully managing complex requirements and expectations across Finance, Legal, Customer Success, and Engineering teams.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Deep financial domain knowledge (e.g., subscription management logic, e-invoicing, multi-jurisdictional taxation).
Experience with accounting systems APIs (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks).
