About the role
As a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant, youâll take a hands-on role across both technical delivery and consulting. This senior engineer/developer position combines deep technical expertise with strong communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams to design, build, and deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
Weâre growing rapidly and are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional solutions, building trusted relationships, and driving innovation. Good knowledge across ITOM or SecOps modules highly regarded.
What youâll do
Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across various modules (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SecOps, etc.), including integrations via REST APIs or custom scripts.
Contribute as technical / SME to support qualification, scoping, estimation, design, and architecture of new or existing opportunities and projects to ensure that they meet the business requirements, are well architected, cost effective, and deliverable.
Maintain up-to-date solution lifecycle artefacts, SOPs, and delivery frameworks in line with sales and delivery guidelines.
Act as a trusted advisor, participate in workshops and co-design exercises, and communicate effectively with customers.
What youâll bring

5+ yearsâ experience as an end-to-end ServiceNow Consultant focused on Migration, Transformation and IT Outsourcing initiatives
Strong Application development and integration experience.
Solid
JavaScript, HTML, CSS
development skills
Strong knowledge across several SNOW modules such as
ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SecOps,
etc.
Customer-facing consulting experience with excellent communication skills
Experience in Managed Services Provider or Systems Integrator /Consulting environments highly regarded
Relevant Industry certifications such as ITIL, ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow CIS, etc.

$135,000 â $145,000 + Kiwi Saver + Bonus + Allowances
