About the role \| Mō te tūranga mahi

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud Engineer to join our Cloud Capabilities team.

We are looking for someone to join us to contribute to the development and operational management of our cloud infrastructure and platform services. This role primarily focuses on leading the continuous delivery and improvement of infrastructure and integrations within ACC's Oracle Cloud environment, often working alongside our Azure and AWS cloud platform teams.

This role is critical in managing and optimizing our cloud environments, ensuring a seamless and secure digital environment for our organization.

You'll work within a continuous delivery team to help transform technology at ACC and deliver a modern, scalable cloud infrastructure, whilst ensuring operations remains current and resilient.

This is a permanent, Wellington based role.

About you \| Mōu

You're accountable and know how to manage multiple streams of work at one time, as well as being part of the escalation point for a wider support team.

You have a customer-focused attitude, are proactive, and take responsibility for ensuring the optimal performance and security of ACC's cloud infrastructure, including on-call support as needed.

You possess deep expertise in Oracle Cloud / Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI reporting, Networking, Oracle Cloud Guard, designing \& deploying middleware solutions like API gateways).

Supporting knowledge covering either Azure or AWS across Compute, Networking, Security, Kubernetes Service (KS) and/or Identity is beneficial.

The ability to identify \& troubleshoot issues with API's across the Oracle Integration Cloud stack.

A strong understanding of monitoring tools with the ability to implement system \& integration performance monitoring within cloud environments.

Maintain documentation related to integration processes, including system architecture, workflows, and technical specifications.

You have experience with cloud infrastructure management, automation, and deployment pipelines (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD tools).

Strong knowledge of cloud security, compliance, and governance best practices.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The salary range for this role is $117,787- $166,288 with appointment dependent on skills, experience and internal relativities. ACC also offers 9% superannuation.
