Key Responsibilities
Build, configure, and enhance packaged software and SaaS products on the ServiceNow platform.
Develop and test new components or enhancements to existing applications.
Leverage declarative features to implement functionality wherever applicable.
Provide primary support for application releases into production, including deployment planning and scheduling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, solve challenges, and deliver best-in-class solutions.
Required Skills \& Experience
Expert proficiency in ServiceNow Platform.
Expert proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine Studio.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and related skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
Preferred / Bonus Skills
Intermediate proficiency in Usability Design.
Intermediate proficiency in Web \& Server-based Platform Solutions.
Intermediate proficiency in Design \& Build Enablement.
