Educational Qualification :

15 years full time education

Support day-to-day troubleshooting and resolution of Slack-related integration issues under guidance from senior engineers.

Perform log analysis, basic debugging, and execution of standard fixes across connected systems.

Contribute to proactive monitoring, alert handling, and documentation of known issues and resolution steps.

Assist in building automation scripts, dashboards, and utilities to improve support efficiency.

Work closely with senior team members and cross-functional groups to deliver consistent, high-quality support. Best Skills to Cross-Skill Into Slack Support API \& Integration Basics Understanding REST APIs, JSON payloads, webhooks, and common error patterns. Log Analysis \& Troubleshooting Ability to read logs from any platform (Splunk, CloudWatch, Salesforce debug logs, MuleSoft logs). Basic Scripting Python or JavaScript for simple automation, utilities, and debugging support. OAuth \& Authentication Fundamentals Token flow, permission scopes, and common auth failures. Monitoring \& Alert Handling Working with alerts, dashboards, and health checks. ServiceNow / ITSM Familiarity For incident handling, routing, and documentation.
