Good to have skills : Spring Boot, React.js

Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deployment of applications using Spring Boot, Java, React, Redux ensuring their functionality and performance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure the successful delivery of applications. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and test plans. Technical Experience: Must Have Skills: Strong Full Stack experience in Spring Boot, React, Redux and JavaScript. Good To Have Skills: • Experience in Jest, HTML, CSS, Java, Hibernate, and RESTful web services. • Solid understanding of software development life cycle SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Professional Attributes: • Strong team facilitation skills. • Strong interpersonal skills including conflict resolution skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization
