The Role
We're seeking an experienced Tech Lead to drive technical excellence and lead our engineering team in building world-class enterprise solutions. You'll be responsible for architectural decisions, mentoring developers, and ensuring our platform scales efficiently while maintaining code quality and security standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance systems across our technology stack
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Make critical architectural decisions for our multi-tenant SaaS platform, considering performance, security, and scalability
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development workflows
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards
Drive the adoption of new technologies and frameworks that enhance our platform capabilities
Oversee the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance on critical production incidents
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time and within scope
Required Qualifications
7+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role
Strong expertise in our core tech stack: React, Node.js, Python, and Spring Boot
Proven experience building and scaling multi-tenant SaaS applications
Deep understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and distributed systems
Strong knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies
Solid understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements for enterprise software
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound technical decisions under pressure
Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI/ML integration in production systems
Knowledge of real-time data processing frameworks
Contributions to open-source projects
Experience in the enterprise SaaS domain
Familiarity with performance optimization and monitoring tools

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
