Job responsibilities

The Marketing Manager France plays a key operational role in ensuring the flawless execution of Acqua di Parma’s marketing activities in the French market, coordinating local initiatives across different channels. While the overall strategy is defined by the Global Marketing Team, this position focuses on the implementation and coordination of all local marketing initiatives (PR, digital, visual merchandising, trade marketing, CRM, retail activation).

The key responsibilities are:

Marketing Implementation : Execute the brand's marketing plan in France, coordinating activations and monitoring performance.

PR \& Communications : Manage PR agency relations ensuring consistent brand positioning in all media touchpoints; oversee events and collaborations to enhance brand desirability.

Digital, CRM \& Media : Coordinate digital activities with the global team, ensuring accurate adaptation and localization, and deploy the CRM and clienteling strategy in the market.

Visual Merchandising \& Retail activation : Oversee visual merchandising in retail environments and manage all retail activations, pop-ups, and point-of-sale animations.

Budget \& Forecasting : Manage the marketing budget, ensuring accurate forecasting allocation, and reporting. Oversee product forecasts and launches in close collaboration with supply chain and sales teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with global and local teams to ensure coordinated activities and consistent implementation of priorities.

Profile

Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Proven experience in marketing and project management, ideally within the luxury, fragrance, or beauty industry in the French market.

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Native-level French and fluent English are essential. Italian is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong brand sensitivity and aesthetic awareness.

Proactive, dynamic, and results-driven.

Passion for the world of luxury, fragrance, and Italian craftsmanship.
