Context :
You will play a critical role in deploying, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting cloud platforms and services. The role involves hands-on infrastructure management, scripting, automation, incident management, and adherence to company policies and best practices. You are working within a cross-functional team to improve systems and processes and ensure uptime and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cloud Deployment \& Configuration:
Provision and configure resources in public cloud platforms, following standardized deployment models.
• Automation \& Scripting:
Create and maintain templates and automation workflows for repeatable tasks and process optimization.
• Security \& Compliance:
Propose, implement and maintain cloud security measures, including firewalls, encryption, and identity management in line with company guidelines and market best practices.
• Operational Maintenance:
Regularly monitor, patch, and update cloud services, and workloads to ensure reliability and security and reduce technical debt.
Incident Management: Respond to and resolve operational incidents related to cloud infrastructure, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
• Documentation:
Maintain service and operational documentation, updating as environments and processes evolve.

Collaboration \& Support:
Work closely with product owners, developers, and other IT profiles to manage infrastructure and support deployments. Mentor junior engineers and guide them through operational tasks and tooling.

Continuous Improvement:
Propose enhancements based on operational experience and new technical capabilities, focusing on reliability, efficiency, and cost management.
Technical Skills:
Cloud Concepts:
In-depth understanding of Landing Zone architecture, Cloud Adoption Framework, and regulatory standards (ISO, NIS2, etc.).
Microsoft Azure:
Advanced expertise in Azure networking (VNets, NSG, hub-and-spoke model, Azure Firewall, Private Endpoints, WAF, etc.).
Strong experience in Azure governance, including Management Groups, Entra ID, PIM, Azure Policies, and cost management.
Solid knowledge of cloud security principles and tools such as Azure Defender.
Databases:
Hands-on experience with Azure SQL and MongoDB.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
Proficient in Terraform (HCL scripting) for automated infrastructure deployment and maintenance.
CI/CD:
Skilled in Azure DevOps (repositories, pipelines) and ArgoCD for continuous integration and delivery.
Containers:
Extensive experience managing and deploying applications with Kubernetes.
Monitoring \& Observability:
Strong expertise in monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions including Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry.
Certifications:
o AZ-104 – Azure Administrator Associate or higher
o (Optional) AZ-700 - Azure Network engineer associate
o (Optional) AZ-500 – Azure Security engineer associate
o KCNA – Kubernetes and Cloud Native Associate
o (Optional) CKA – Kubernetes Certified Administrator
