Co-Development Business Unit is looking for a Product Manager
This is a fixed term contract. The engagement is 1 year.

What will you do?
Own the strategic vision, roadmap, and prioritization of AI/ML use cases, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML initiatives.
Identify and prioritise AI/ML use cases through stakeholder engagement and data-driven analysis.
Engage stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements for selected use cases.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for Data Scientists and Engineers.
Shape realistic expectations by working closely with technical teams to understand limitations and dependencies.
Define key success factors, identify relevant metrics, and build dashboards to track product performance.
Monitor product performance and iterate for continuous improvement.
Facilitate workshops and provide regular updates to management.
Drive adoption through demonstrations and training sessions.
Ensure adherence to Singapore Government AI governance frameworks, circulars, and data security standards.
Maintain documentation for audits and compliance reviews
Requirements
What are we looking for?
Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in product management, preferably in AI/ML or data-driven solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and platforms (e.g., Spark, Databricks, AWS Bedrock,
Azure AI Foundry, GCP Vertex AI, and WOG environments).
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and project management tools like Git, JIRA, and Confluence.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strategic thinking and innovation mindset.
Prior experience with Singapore government/public sector AI projects or building and construction sector AI projects is preferred.
