We are currently looking for a Java Backend for one of our clients in a 12 months contract.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery or a defined component of a contract to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments.
Ensure service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes and identifying opportunities for follow-on work through up-selling or cross-selling.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
Responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing requirements.
Requirements:
Expert proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition is required.
Expert proficiency in RESTful Web Services is recommended.
Additionally, expert proficiency in Spring Application Framework is suggested.
Experience in fintech industry.
Contract length: 12 months
