Adecco is currently hiring a full-time React Developer to build a data-intensive internal operations platform used by engineers and operators for our client in Calgary, AB. The frontend supports workflows, approvals, monitoring, and decision-making tied to real-world systems.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex data and visualizations, creating clear and intuitive user experiences, and collaborating closely with backend engineers.

Shift: Monday to Friday \| 40hours a week

Responsibilities:
Develop React-based UI for dashboards, tables, workflows, and data-dense views.
Build forms and review flows (approve/reject/override).
Translate complex domain concepts into clear, usable interfaces.
Collaborate with backend engineers on API design and UI behavior.
Implement geospatial mapping, plots, and advanced visualizations.
Ensure clarity, usability, and accuracy in all UI components.
Qualifications:
Strong experience with React and TypeScript in production environments.
Expertise in state management (React Query, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, etc.).
Ability to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces without a dedicated designer.
Comfortable working with large, structured datasets and async UI behavior.
Practical UX experience and willingness to iterate based on feedback.
Preferred: Experience with data-heavy UIs, visualization tools (D3, Plotly, AG Grid), Tailwind CSS, and internal tools.
Nice to Have: Exposure to event-driven systems or industrial/operations software.
Computer Science degree or equivalent work experience.
