We are looking for a creative and engaging individual with a wide range of interests to join our Requirements Engineering team in the Market Unit Financial Services (60-100% workload). Apply today and become part of an interdisciplinary and international project team that develops forward-looking, tailor-made software solutions for our customers. Your tasks will include:
Collaborating with clients to develop and describe business use cases
Analyzing business processes and organizational structures to derive meaningful requirements
Assessing and validating solution designs based on project specifications
Specifying complex technical requirements and aligning them with stakeholders
Designing solution concepts in close cooperation with developers, architects, and UX experts
Coordinating and documenting requirements using tools such as Jira and Confluence
Supporting the implementation of solution designs throughout the development life cycle
Acting as a key liaison between clients and development teams
Communicating change requests and supporting topics across stakeholder groups
What we're looking for
University degree (ETH/university/FH) in computer science, business informatics, or a related field
At least 3–5 years of experience in requirements engineering or related roles
Analytical mindset with an independent and proactive working style as well as strong communication skills
Commitment to dive into existing, complex IT solutions and co-create new ones
Fluency in German and English
Certifications in requirements engineering (IREB, CBAP, CCBA, CPRE, etc.) or a completed CAS in business requirements engineering are an advantage
Familiarity with Agile methods such as SAFe and Scrum (practical experience is a plus)
Basic technical knowledge, for example about databases, is a plus
