Responsibilities. Responsible to define and execute the product roadmap based on business goals, market research, and user needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to develop and launch new products or features. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback collection to inform product decisions. Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams. Prioritize product backlog and manage trade-offs between scope, schedule, and resources. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to optimize product performance. Work closely with stakeholders to align product strategy with business objectives. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices. Lead product launch initiatives, including go-to-market strategies, documentation, and customer training. Continuously improve product development processes and methodologies.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Management, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and two (2) years of related experience.
Work Experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: Agile and Scrum methodologies for product development and backlog management; JIRA \& Confluence; Defining and prioritizing product requirements using user stories and acceptance criteria; Conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions; Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams; Splunk; Google Analytics; Pendo; Developing and tracking key product KPIs including user engagement, retention, revenue impact; User research methods, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing; Working with APIs and technical documentation to define product integrations; Leading product launches with go-to-market strategy, training, and stakeholder alignment; AI/ML fundamental concepts (such as training, feedback, evaluation); SQL; Data exploration tools; API contract documentation; and ML Ops platforms, such as DataBricks.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days \& Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is USD $131,663.00 - USD $142,200.00 / Year*
Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
