Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Associate Product Manager. The Associate Product Manager will assist in the development and enhancement of products, coordinate cross-functional teams, gather and refine requirements, and ensure projects align with organizational goals. Responsibilities also include market analysis, monitoring product performance, and facilitating collaboration between stakeholders.
Qualifications
Product management skills, including the ability to develop and enhance product offerings and manage the product lifecycle
Strong ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in conducting market research, identifying opportunities, and analyzing product performance
Problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
Organizational and time management skills, with great attention to detail
Understanding of healthcare, public health, or antimicrobial resistance is an advantage
Experience in working with youth-led or community-based organizations is beneficial
Bachelor’s degree in business, public health, environmental studies, or a related field
