Your Impact
The assistant in the Material Management area at AGCO Parts, guided by customer focus and analytical work, has the following main responsibilities: monitoring deliveries from local suppliers, analyzing the availability of parts for customer service and managing KPIs.
Follow-up and management of local vendors; Negotiation with procurement area; Supplier Escalation.
Creation and administration of Purchase Orders in SAP; Backorder Analysis.
Meeting with local vendors and customer service; Transport monitoring; Manage Sales Force cases.
KPI management.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Studying Business, Engineering or related areas.
Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
Knowledge ERP Systems.
English skills – intermediate level or higher.
National Driver License (B).
