You’ll build the core systems behind Agen’s wellbeing platform — fast, scalable, AI-powered. Your work will shape how people track their health, get intelligent recommendations, and improve daily performance.
We want someone who codes in Go because they

, ships fast, and has real personal motivation in health, sports, medicine, or human performance.
Responsibilities:
Build and scale high-performance backend services in Go.
Create clean, reliable APIs (REST/gRPC) for app, robot, and internal systems.
Design strong data models and queries in PostgreSQL.
Work with MQTT for real-time data from wearables and devices.
Integrate AI into real products — from API calls to fine-tuning and training Agen’s own models.
Keep code clean, tested, and production-ready.
Collaborate tightly with product, frontend, data, and hardware teams.
What we are looking for:
Must have:
3+ years building production systems.
Experience with AI/ML APIs + interest/ability to fine-tune and train custom models.
Strong Go skills (Gin, gRPC).
Solid PostgreSQL experience.
Hands-on work with MQTT or similar messaging.
High ownership, fast execution, and direct communication style.
Personal, deep interest in health, sports, performance, or wellbeing — non-negotiable.
Good to have:
GCP/AWS + Docker/K8s.
Kafka/RabbitMQ.
Monitoring/observability tools.
Personal healthtech or quantified-self projects.
