In daily collaboration with the Customer Success team, your mission will be to close sales on our existing customer portfolio.

As an Expansion Manager your main missions will be to:

  • Complete the initial qualification carried out by the CS team to gain a thorough understanding of the customer's needs, and the extent to which the various Agicap products can meet them.

  • Identify concrete use cases for the solution and assess the return on investment (ROI) for the customer.

  • Identify the various customer stakeholders and understand the decision-making circuit.

  • Convince, present offers, negotiate and accompany customers through to subscription.

  • Interact daily with CEOs and CFOs of SMEs and SMIs in various industries.

  • Define and implement with the Account Management team a development strategy by customer type, and by functionality sold (Agicap Cashflow, Agicap CashCollect, Agicap Payments).

  • Regularly monitor and analyze your performance with Management to identify areas for improvement.

  • Carry out software demonstrations (by vision or in person), according to needs identified with CS teams.

  • Provide feedback to Customer Success, Marketing, Business Development and Product teams to improve processes and the product.

  • Share your sales know-how and good ideas to improve team performance.

  • Drive CS teams to instill a sales dynamic on a daily basis.
