We are recruiting a high energy, ambitious product manager to drive our pivot to a becoming a "solutions first" company.
Reporting to CEO, the Product Manager will be responsible for
Analysing recruitment practices globally and trends to identify disruption opportunities
Scan, identify, and integrate third party technology products to our existing and new recruitment services to deliver "end to end" recruitment solutions to clients
Conceptualise product integrations and full ownership of solutions
Including but not limited to talent marketing, screening, interview process management, candidate coaching, assessments, etc
Work with client and internal service delivery teams to ensure high service levels
Incorporating feedback to consistently improve products and ensuring high quality service delivery
Create long annual and 5 year technology and product roadmap for the business
Experience and enthusiasm for AI and Automation in recruitment industry is a great plus
The right candidate will have great academics, team player attitude and ability to understand abstract problems and best fit solutions in scenarios where perfection isn't guaranteed. We want 4-8 years experience in a combination of software engineering and product management.
