The Analyst, Application Development \& Maintenance, will provide IT support to the Finance, Tax and Procurement enterprise functions, focusing bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions. They will act as liaison between IT and business stakeholders and translate needs to technology for maintaining and/or developing enhancements to the ERP Product and its ecosystem, including the SAP data and analytics area.
Responsibilities:
Act as the key liaison across functional areas, including business units, IT, and external vendors.
Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements and defines the functional and non-functional requirements.
Create successful relationships with business and be a trusted partner on issues and aspects related to IT.
Work with appropriate stakeholders to proactively identify and prioritize business requirements for IT and evaluate risks associated with business requests.
Collaborate with Digital, Data \& AI Organization team, vendors and ERP Operations Accenture Partner team to ensure development of solutions that are compatible with company standards.
Partner with Application Owners, or Strategic Procurement when relevant, to ensure contract agreement are stablished for 3rd party vendor engagements and provide feedback on SLAs performance.
Facilitate troubleshooting issues with IT across the enterprise and functional / business process owners and help conclude on solutions paths
Work closely with relevant stakeholders to collect and use information for improved operational performance.
Collaborate with vendors and internal users to develop, evaluate, install, and test software enhancements
Communicate analysis results and make recommendations as it relates to technology solutions to relevant stakeholders.
Provide support for the business analysis and technology/business integration efforts.
Analyze technology trends to determine impact to the achievement of business goals.
Conduct requirement analysis and translate business requirements.
Manage delivery-specific stakeholder expectations
Support multiple working methodologies such as Hybrid, Agile, DevOps
Support planning and monitoring processes
Handle moderate amount of technical complexity and continuously driving development of effective technical solutions for business challenges within a functional area.
Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions.
Support definition and maintenance of methods, techniques, and calculations for identifying ways to improve technical processes.
Qualifications
A relevant University degree/technical certification, and/or relevant experience commensurate to the role.
3+ years of IT technology, of Enterprise Finance in a large company. (S4 HANA, SAC, Datasphere technologies and Revenue Management and FP\&A functional understanding will be highly preferred)
Certifications in business analytics, PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis), CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) an asset.
