Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Flight Test Delivery Tools Product Owner (f/m) to join our Cross Systems team within the Develop Test Means sub-domain, based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing test systems for delivery flight tests. Within the 1VMDX organization, you will be involved in the development and operational support of systems used to perform the Production Aircraft Test Manual (PATM) aiming to improve aircraft quality and reduce ground and flight test duration.

Your challenges :
As our Product owner, you’ll ensure the success of our products and services, from initial concept to ongoing use. You’ll be the guarantor of quality and performance throughout the entire lifecycle. Gather and analyze the requirements and information needed to specify, design, build, and deliver the Flight Test Installation Delivery Test Means in Time, Cost and Quality.
Your responsibilities include :
Guiding a multidisciplinary team (including external supplier) for optimal product/service management.
Driving the design and industrialization of products/services.
Translating business requirements with the Portfolio Leader and business representatives.
Ensuring alignment between business needs and technical/resource constraints.
Managing product and service maintenance.
Securing end-user adoption regarding product understanding and usage.
Collaborating closely with clients to maximize return on investment and identify improvements.
Provide technical advice and test solutions in accordance with internal processes and in compliance with quality, deadlines, cost, and performance.
Manage the configuration of the FTI and all inherent FTI systems.
Your boarding pass :
Master’s (or equivalent) in IT or Engineering
Proven experience as software or test engineer
Skills around software architecture and development
Experienced in several of these computer languages and environments (C, C++, Html,Javascript, Java, Script Shell, Linux ; knowledge of GIT \& JIRA is a plus).
Skills around aeronautical world (/aircraft operations) is a plus
Agile mindset, and ideally an experience of agile project development
You have a collaborative mindset and good communication skills to effectively exchange information, negotiate, and align priorities with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Negotiation level in English, French
This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
