How Youâll Make an Impact* Build and maintain a prioritized program roadmap that aligns with AMAâs strategic objectives.
Align business needs with enterprise direction and translate strategy into business-value solutions.
Provide content authority and expertise to plan, rationalize, and monitor a program of agile projects.
Oversee and support Product Owners while ensuring balanced resource utilization.
Monitor and document changes, decisions, risks, and issues; escalate appropriately.
Approve epic features for production and assess outcomes against program metrics.
Communicate program outcomes and strategic alignment to executive leadership.
Champion agile principles across teams to support effective, iterative delivery.
What You Bring to the Table* Post-secondary education or applicable certification, or actively working toward one.
Minimum 7 years of industry or functional experience, ideally within insurance
Minimum 3 years of leadership and management experience in an insurance environment.
Minimum 3 years managing multiple concurrent small teams.
Experience with agile project delivery methodologies (familiarity or certification).
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate program goals to all levels of the organization.
Ability to interpret strategy, think proactively, and translate deliverables into actionable agile plans.
