Why We’re Hiring a Tech Co-Founder

We’re now looking for a technical co-founder / founding engineer who’s excited to take AlgoTipp from prototype to scale.

You’ll lead all things tech — from building the product architecture to integrating AI tools and shaping the user experience.

This is not a 9-to-5 job — it’s a founding journey. If you’re someone who thrives in chaos, loves building from scratch, and wants to own a piece of something real, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end product development — design, backend, frontend, APIs, and database.

Build and scale the platform to handle AI-powered insights, expert dashboards, and user subscriptions.

Integrate AI/ML models to personalize tips and recommendations for users.

Work closely with the founder on product roadmap, UX, and go-to-market strategy.

Set up secure, scalable infrastructure (AWS / GCP preferred).

Hire, mentor, and lead future developers as we scale.

Ideal Skills \& Background

Strong knowledge of Python / Node.js / React / Next.js / Firebase / AWS (or similar).

Experience with AI tools / APIs / machine learning integration (e.g., GPT, HuggingFace, LangChain).

Past startup or early-stage experience preferred.

Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and fast iteration.

Based in Australia (Sydney preferred) or open to remote collaboration.
