Hiring: Senior Full-Stack Developer for Fully Custom CRM
My name is Gabe Green — I’m a Forbes Business Council member and founder of AllAmericanAssets.com, a company I solo-founded and scaled past $30 million in revenue in under 2 years.
I’m looking to hire a Senior Full-Stack Developer who moves fast, can handle front-end, back-end, and design, and is ready to build a fully custom CRM from scratch through to product launch.
You must currently live in Orange County, CA.
You must also have live or working examples of software, tech, or web applications you’ve built to be considered. Please include those links with your resume/application.
You’ll be completely rebuilding our new CRM system from scratch for internal use at All American Assets. Every page, feature, and function is already mapped out for you, along with a half-working base44 model showing all required pages and functionality.
Your role will be to rebuild it from scratch, making it look better, run smoother, and be fully hosted on our own platform.
Compensation
Type: Contract / Pay-per-project
Total Project Pay: $50,000+ Negotiable (paid monthly as milestones are completed)
Requirement: Must live in Orange County, CA and be willing to work on-site in person with me Monday–Friday until completion.

Ideally, with all drafts and planning already done, this is a project that, with full-time focus, and the right Dev can be completed in 3 months or less, making for strong earning potential in a short time frame.
