Our client is a well-established trading company with 25 years of experience, specializing in exporting Sundries Products to the US and Europe. This position is designed to support the Shipping Manager in the daily operations of the department. Some details please see the below information.
Position : Shipping Clerk // Location: Tsim Sha Tsui (E)
Job Description :
Responsible for handle Full Set of I/E Shipment , Filing \& Tradelink Declaration.
Support Shipping Manager to preapre packging list , invoice \& relevant documents.
Coordinator between with internal merchandising team \& external forwarders for transport arrangement.
Monitor shipments to make sure on time delivery.
Assist in ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements :
HKCEE / HKDSE or above (with Public Examination English ducject pass is an advantage)
4 - 5 years solid experience in Trading background Shipping field (穩定的工作背景優先,1年1份工作的背景客戶暫時不考慮)
Good communication skill and a good team player, strong in problem solving
Native in Cantonese , Good written and oral English and Mandarin
Short Notice or Immediate is an advantage
