Your Future Role
140 years of Swiss railway history meet modern solutions for green mobility in Zurich. With 300 colleagues, our Zurich site servs as a global competence center for high-performance traction technology and a development hub for locomotives, bogies, mechanical and electrical systems, as well as services for the local and global markets. Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites. Youâll report to Tiago Nabais Lima and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
Weâll look for you to :
Product responsibility for traction converters/power modules in railway vehicles
Product standardisation, roadmaps, obsolescence management, life cycle cost
Research and development coordinator and contact
Lead for strategic developments
Support tenders in terms of product selection and other relevant information
Concept and solution creation for traction converters and power module
All About You

Bachelor or Master's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
Product management experience desired
5 years or more experience with converters respectively or other electrical equipment
Product costing experience
Good transversal problem solving skill
Independent and good self-management skills Innovative and entrepreneur thinking
Experienced with MS Office
Team player
Fluent English skills. German and French skills - preferable
