The Position
As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a
Senior DevOps Engineer
to join our teams and work on client projects in
Utrecht
.
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will:
Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable deployments
Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of production systems
Monitor systems and improve observability (logging, metrics, alerting)
Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortems
Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment and release processes
Implement security best practices (IAM, secrets management, compliance)
Mentor junior DevOps engineers and promote DevOps culture
Your profile
Completed bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
6+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
Strong Linux and networking fundamentals
Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.)
Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
