The Position
As part of our continued growth in the digital agriculture space, we are looking for
Test Automation Engineers
to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge software solutions that empower modern farming.
In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring the quality, reliability, and scalability of our software systems by designing and implementing automated tests that cover critical product functionality. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA specialists, and product owners, in a collaborative and agile environment.
As a Test Automation Engineer, your main tasks will include:
Designing and maintaining
automated test scripts
for functionality, integration, and
end-to-end validation
.
Building and managing scalable test automation infrastructure and pipelines.
Design and maintain automated test scripts with
Playwright
.
Leading and mentoring colleagues within the
Test Automation
Chapter.
Collaborating closely with development teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of quality practices and
test coverage
.
Reporting defects, analyzing failures, and following up on resolution.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO or WO) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Dutch
proficiency is a big plus
3+ years of experience
in a test automation role.
Proficient in at least one of the following:
Python or C++.
Solid understanding of
API testing
, integration testing, and automated end-to-end scenarios.
Familiar with
CI/CD pipelines, Java
and version control systems such as Git.
Comfortable working in
Agile
, cross-functional teams.
Experience with
C#
and
.NET
environments is a strong plus.
Comfortable working remotely with engineering teams in other countries than the Netherlands.
