Machine Learning Engineer
We are seeking a motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join one of our client teams in Belgium. Whether you’re at the start of your career or bring extensive hands-on expertise, you’ll work on impactful projects tailored to your skills and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and scale machine learning models to solve real-world business problems.
Develop end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, training, validation, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, analytics) to translate business requirements into ML-powered solutions.
Apply advanced techniques such as hyperparameter tuning and model evaluation to ensure performance and reliability.
Deliver production-ready ML solutions using modern MLOps tools and best practices.
Monitor deployed models, ensuring continuous learning, retraining, and performance optimization.
Document model lifecycle, architecture, and deployment processes clearly and comprehensively.
Stay current on emerging AI/ML technologies and integrate relevant innovations into your workflow.
Required Technical Expertise
Practical experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
Strong Python programming skills; familiarity with R, Java, or C++ is a plus.
Skilled in data wrangling with pandas and NumPy.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Solid understanding of MLOps practices and frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow).
Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and both SQL/NoSQL databases.
Good knowledge of deep learning frameworks, including CNNs, RNNs, and transformers.
