Brief Call
: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews
(the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study
: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description
Amaris Consulting is looking for a motivated
DevOps Engineer
to join our team in Brussels. In this role, you will help design, automate, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructures to support our clients’ digital transformation. You’ll collaborate closely with development and operations teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient environments in an international and dynamic context.
🔥 Your Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable software delivery
Automate infrastructure deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system reliability and performance
Collaborate with developers and system administrators to streamline build, integration, and release processes
Support containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes
Ensure compliance with security and cloud governance best practices
Contribute to process improvement and the adoption of DevOps culture across teams
🎯 Your Profile:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
3 to 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in cloud or hybrid environments
Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Good knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
Experience with configuration management and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible)
Fluent in English and either French or Dutch
Team player with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving mindset
Availability to work on-site in Brussels
