Brief Call
: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews
(the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study
: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description
Join Amaris Consulting’s international team as Python Developer within the
aerospace sector
, where you will contribute to the development and optimization of
backend
solutions for mission-critical applications. You will collaborate with experts across multiple disciplines to design, implement, and maintain scalable microservices architectures, ensuring high performance and reliability for aerospace operations.
Your missions
Develop and maintain backend services using Python, focusing on scalability and reliability for aerospace projects.
Design and implement microservices architectures, integrating with existing systems and supporting seamless operations.
Manage real-time data streams and messaging using Apache Kafka and ActiveMQ.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to align backend development with aerospace project requirements.
Your profile
3–4 years of experience in backend development, with a focus on Python and microservices in production environments.
Proficient in English (spoken and written), mandatory italian.
Hands-on experience with Python, Apache Kafka, ActiveMQ, and microservices architectures.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices for deployment and operations.
Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international team.
