Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description Join our team and start a new adventure as Senior AI Developer (remote)! You will play a key role in designing and integrating advanced artificial intelligence solutions directly into our software products, focusing on automating and optimizing software workflows through AI-driven features.
Your missions
Integrate AI-driven functionalities into enterprise software solutions, focusing on workflow automation and intelligent process optimization.
Lead the implementation of agentic AI systems, ensuring seamless interaction between AI components and core application logic.
Collaborate with software architects, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable and maintainable AI integrations.
Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and architecture to deployment and maintenance, with a strong emphasis on code quality and best practices.
Your profile
Experience with software development (\~7 years) in Java or Python or C#.
Experience with AI generative tools and agentic AI integration in software products (\~2 years).
Experience with modern software development tools, version control systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
Fluent Italian, good English.
You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote, international environment.
