About The Job We are seeking a Technical Manager to lead our Technology Team at the Vietnam GDC. This role oversees full-stack engineering teams (Frontend, Backend, Mobile, DevOps, AI, UX/UI, Digital Workplace) and ensures delivery excellence, presales support, and technical governance. The role combines solution architecture, project feasibility, talent development, and delivery readiness. AI and Data capabilities are also embedded in this role to drive innovation and scalable intelligence across client engagements.
Key responsibilities include:
Solutioning \& Presales
Lead solution design for RFPs, including effort estimates, technical narratives, and architecture diagrams
Ensure feasibility, scalability, and cost-effectiveness for fixed-price models
Engage in client workshops to validate solutions and influence technical direction
Support AI/Data solutioning including GenAI, data pipelines, and platform enablement
Delivery \& Governance
Define standards across coding, CI/CD, and architecture; oversee technical quality
Provide delivery oversight and support project mobilization across tech stacks
Govern code reusability, accelerators, and cross-team collaboration
Team Leadership \& Capability Growth
Manage and mentor engineers across all sub-teams
Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and capability planning
Lead internal training, certification tracks, and best practice adoption
Client \& Domain Engagement
Participate in key client meetings, acting as technical advisor during pre-sales and delivery
Apply expertise in BFSI, Enterprise Apps, or Digital Transformation domains
ABOUT YOU
10+ years in software engineering, with 3+ in tech leadership or architecture
Proven experience in bidding processes, solution design, and client workshops
Strong track record in fixed-price project solutioning and successful delivery
Skilled in coaching teams and enforcing best practices in architecture and design
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
Proficient in Java, .NET, frontend/mobile, DevOps, and cloud
Exposure to AI/ML tools, GenAI, and cloud-based data services
Familiar with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and architecture governance
Preferred certifications (not mandatory): Azure or AWS Solutions Architect (Expert/Pro) and AI/Data credentials
