Job Description We are seeking motivated and high-potential talents to join our Data \& AI teams in Brussels, Belgium under a V.I.E (Volontariat International en Entreprise) contract. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills, solid technical foundations, and a proactive mindset, eager to grow in an international and multicultural environment.

The following roles are open within our Data \& Digital teams:

AI Engineer

Data Engineer

Data Analyst ( Power BI )

Your Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and deploy data, analytics, and AI solutions aligned with business objectives

Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data platforms

Develop and deploy machine learning models (AI Engineer)

Design interactive dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support decision-making (Data Analyst / Power BI)

Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (business, IT, data, and product)

Ensure data quality, reliability, performance, and security across systems

Your Profile:

We are looking for candidates with a strong interest in Data, Analytics, and AI, who demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and a proactive mindset.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

2 to 5 years of professional experience in Data, Analytics, AI, or a related role

Strong foundations in SQL and Python

Experience or academic background in one or more of the following areas:

Business Intelligence \& Data Visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)

Data Engineering (ETL/ELT, Airflow, Spark, Kafka, DBT)

AI / Machine Learning (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, NLP, GenAI)

Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Fluent in both English and French ( Professional level )
