DESCRIPTION
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, weâre the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain â and weâre looking for talented people who want to help.
Youâll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. Youâll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. And youâll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.
The Learning Operations Coordinator supports Data Center Learning by managing customer intake requests, coordinating Learning Management System activities, and assisting with automation and dashboard initiatives that enable the team to deliver training at scale across the global Data Center Community.
Key job responsibilities
You manage the intake process for learning requests from DCC stakeholders. You receive requests through various channels, triage them based on urgency and complexity, and route them to appropriate team members. You track requests through completion, follow up with customers on status, and ensure service level expectations are met. You maintain documentation on common request types and create guidance to help customers submit complete information.
You coordinate Learning Management System activities including user access provisioning, course assignments, enrollment management, and basic troubleshooting. You work with the LMS to resolve technical issues and ensure the system meets operational needs. You report on completion rates, and maintain accurate learner records.
You support AI automation initiatives by testing new tools, documenting workflows that could benefit from automation, and providing feedback on pilot projects. You maintain standard operating procedures for your areas of responsibility. You communicate process changes to stakeholders and provide basic training to team members on systems and tools. You escalate complex issues to program managers and senior team members.
