Amazon is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead our Alternative Payment Method Program within our Payment Business Operations team! This pivotal role will drive operational excellence for the Amazon Access Program, enhancing financial offerings for our customers in Mexico.

Key job responsibilities
Drive program management excellence alongside technical teams to revolutionize payment products and customer experience
Manage operational relationships with third-party partners and internal stakeholders
Conduct sophisticated data analysis to extract actionable insights for business decisions
Establish and monitor key performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
Partner with engineering and product teams to prioritize features and manage post-launch optimization
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
