Key Responsibilities
Development and L2/L3 support for Commodities trading applications and platforms
Monitor applications and infrastructure for stability and performance issues
Respond quickly to alerts, incidents, and user queries
Collaborate with global teams to manage handovers and follow-ups
Identify improvement opportunities and support remediation efforts
Participate in shift or weekend coverage for releases and critical operations
Build subject-matter expertise and become the go-to resource for assigned systems
Required Skills \& Experience
Good understanding of Commodities products
Experience interacting with portfolio managers and traders
5+ years in
Python
,
Unix/Shell scripting
, and
SQL
Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Maven, or cloud platforms (advantageous, not mandatory)
